We've had to evacuate our Mshs due to a phone call from out of state indicating a bomb in our building. Police were onsite right now. We will communicate as soon as possible as we know more. Students and staff evacuated to the elem school safely.

Tuesday, February 6th is wear “orange” day to raise awareness for Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. If you wear orange tomorrow, stop by Mrs. Hillenbrand’s table during lunch in the cafeteria to registrar for a chance to win a prize.
Winner will be announced at the basketball game on Friday 2/9/2024.

SKHS Student Council will host the annual SK Cancer Awareness Basketball Game on Friday, February 9th at the boys' game that evening! This year's theme is "Shooting for The Cure!"
Attached is the t-shirt order form, if you would like to place an order. All orders, with payment, must be returned to Mrs. Shepard in the School Counseling Office by Monday, January 29th. If you participate in Pep Band, Cheer, Dance Team, or Boys Basketball, please check with a coach before ordering.

January 18th is the deadline for Knox County Community Foundation scholarship applications. This is an online application process: https://www.knoxcountycf.org/scholarships.
If you have not yet ordered your graduation products, including that all-important Cap & Gown Unit, please do so by January 30th so it will arrive in time for our scheduled delivery event with Jostens.
Ordering after this date may affect your ability to receive the requested gown size at the delivery event, and the cost could increase to expedite the order's delivery. Started off with two record breakers getting game balls: Delaynee Coomes for season three pointers and Bren Hill for single game rebounds.
Ended with Ella Bobe joining the 1000 point club, becoming only the third South Knox female to do so!
